We have two pricing tiers based on your desired application processing time. The Standard LLC Filing fee is $199 for application processing within 3 business days. The Expedited LLC Filing fee is $249 for same-day application processing. Our processing times are calculated based on business days and exclude government processing times, which vary by state. Once we review your application and prepare your formation documents, we will submit your application to the Secretary of State to file your business. Expedited orders will be filed on the same business day if they are received before 3pm PST. Otherwise, it will be processed the following business day.
The fee for our service includes a simplified application and comprehensive application review by our team of experts before submitting it to the Secretary of State or other government entities. We work directly with the state on your behalf to address any follow-up questions to ensure your business is formed correctly. We also provide support along the way and a customer portal to check your order status and retrieve your business information and formation documents at any time. We provide a full money-back guarantee if you request to cancel your order and we have not yet completed the application review and made payment to any government entity or third party. In the event a cancellation request is received, a partial refund may be issued depending on the nature of your order and our progress in completing it. Once payment has been forwarded to any government entity or third-party on your behalf, we cannot accept any cancellations, refund requests, or any other changes to an order.
